General information about Strolyy (The universal car seat carrier)

 

Dimensions:

When opened Strolyy measures 22 ½ inches wide, 25 inches high and 39 inches long. When collapsed it measures 9 inches wide, 10 ¾ inches high and 39 inches long. The height adjustable handles measure 40 inches at the low position and 42 inches when put in the taller position. 

Materials:

Strolyy is made of steel, polyester, plastic, mesh and velcro. All Materials are new. Strolyy has been tested through a CPSC approved third party testing facility to ensure that it meets all government safety requirements and is safe to use with your infant. Please follow the safety cautions below when using this product. Strolyy is made in China.

How To Fold:

Start with an open carrier then simply pull up on the seat fabric to collapse the device.

Product Care:

To clean use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.

 

Car seat carrier questions:

 

How do I position my car seat in the carrier?

Every infant style car seat has a level line you will want to follow. After placing the car seat into the carrier, check to make sure the level line is level with the ground. If your car seat has any pieces that get in the way of the seat, simply pull the fabric up around it to create the snug hold.

Does this carrier have storage space?

This car seat carrier is designed with a storage basket located beneath the seat. To use it, be sure to place any necessary items into the basket before placing your car seat into the opening. We recommend not placing more than 5 pounds worth of items in the basket to avoid extra wear and tear on the device.

Strolyy products are built to last. If you encounter any manufacturer defects or excessive wear with normal use for the first 180 days after purchase, please email us at support@strolyy.com with photos and we will send out a replacement free of charge.

Parent to parent, we are happy when you are happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Strolyy product, please contact us at support@strolyy.com so we can resolve any issues or help you with a return. In the event that a return is requested, please note the following:

  • You may ship your items back using any carrier, but we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking for you in the event that an item goes missing in transit.
  • A refund will be issued in full for all returns in the same form as original payment within 30 days of receiving your returned package. We will deduct the exact cost of the return shipment from your refund if you choose to use our return label. 
  • If you are returning a gift, the original purchaser will be credited.
  • Items ordered from www.strolyy.com cannot be returned to land-based stores that sell Strolyy products.
  • We can only accept returns if the item was directly purchased from www.strolyy.com

Can I use multiple promotion codes on the same order?

Only one promotion code can be used at a time.

How do I know my order was successfully placed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed. If you do not receive an email, this typically means that either the order wasn’t completed, or the email address entered was incorrect. In other cases the confirmation may have been filtered to your junk mail. Please check your junk mail inbox and contact us at support@strolyy.com if you can’t find it.

Shipping Questions:

 

How much does shipping cost?

For domestic orders, we use FedEx. We receive a good discount from them and love to offer that to our customers so we have our account linked to the order page. You will see the shipping cost once you enter in your shipping address. We currently do not offer international shipping. 

 

Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from Ellensburg Washington which is on the west coast of the United States.

 

Do you offer 1 or 2 day guaranteed shipping?

We do. Once you add Strolyy to your cart and enter in your shipping information, you will see an overnight option and a 2-day option along with the standard shipping.  Orders go out the same business day that the order is placed and transit times vary depending on the carrier used, but usually arrive in 3-5 business days. 

 

How do I track my order?

When your label is created you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For further questions you can contact us at support@strolyy.com.   • Always use the safety strap to secure car seat to Strolyy
  • Never use Strolyy on stairs or escalators
  • Never use Strolyy with roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards or bicycles
  • Never allow Strolyy to be used as a toy
  • Inspect regularly and replace parts if damaged
